Group Posing Practice

If you are preparing for an upcoming competition, the ability to be-able to present your physique onstage appropriately could mean the difference between first and second place. 

Planet Max coaches have been teaching posing for over 15 years and are familiar with division and judging guidelines for all federations in Australia.  We offer posing for all divisions from Bikini and Fitness models to Physique and Bodybuilding, no matter your division we can assist you.

Group posing offers the chance to shake the nerves and learn what it's like posing next to others and mingle with like-minded people.  Group posing is split two sections (Model and Muscle) and held at separate times.

Model: Bikini, Fitness, Swimsuit and Sports

Muscle: Figure, Physique, Physique Classic and Bodybuilding
