Shipping Guarantee

We guarantee your order will be shipped within 48 hours of being paid in full, if it isn’t we will GIVE you a $10 voucher to use with your next order.  With the exception on Weekends or public holidays, where orders will be sent the following business day.

Delivery Times

We ship orders Australia wide using Australia’s fastest and most trusted express delivery networks.

All orders that weigh less than 3kg will automatically be sent Express Post (except for Martial Arts Gi's due to their size). Any orders 3kg or over will go Regular Post.

To find the weight of your order, simply add each item’s weight together. You’ll find the weights specified in the product listing.

If your order was shipped via Express Post, it will generally be delivered within 1-2 business days.  This is provided you are within the Express Post serviced area.

Order Tracking

In your shipping confirmation email there’ll be a unique tracking code that you can enter on the Australia Post website: http://post.com.au/track

Please note that any spaces before or after your tracking number will make it appear invalid. Australia Post will only update the tracking status as it leaves here and then again when it reached your nearest post office (generally the day it is delivered to you), therefore if the only entry says Hobart, that means it has left here and in in transit between here and you.

You might need to give Australia Post approximately 24 hours for the tracking information to appear on their website.

Due to restrictions with Australia Post, we can’t get any answers about missing freight until the package is more than three days late based on the table above.  If your package is more than three days late, contact us and be sure to include your name, order number, tracking number and contact information so we can find out what’s going on for you.

If your order has not arrived in due time please contact us, if for whatever reason you can't contact us (which would be in very rare circumstances) it is worthwhile contacting your nearest post office as many drivers don't leave slips and in many cases we find orders there. 

All orders will receive a dispatch email from us containing Australia Post tracking numbers. This is sent when your order has been processed.

The tracking number may first appear as invalid. Tracking numbers are generally registered in the Australia Post tracking system at approx. 6pm each weekday. For example if you order is processed on a Sunday, your tracking won’t become valid until approx. 6pm Monday.

The first tracking update “Shipment information received” is when your order physically leaves our location. 

Shipment information approved is when our manifest information has been approved by Australia Post. The tracking status should then show as In Transit. This means it’s been lodged, processed by Australia Post and on its way to your address.

The tracking then won’t update again until it is scanned into your local Australia Post mail centre (which could be up to 5 days or more depending on your location in Australia).

Signature on delivery

For security, all orders are shipped signature on delivery; these will not be left at the address unattended, we recommend people use their work address if their residence is left unattended during the day. 

  • If you choose ‘No signature required’, we can’t be held liable for your parcel going missing.
  • We can’t guarantee that Australia Post won’t ask for a signature anyway. In some areas, Australia Post will require a signature on all parcels regardless of what you specify.

If no one is in attendance at a specified address a slip will be left in your mail box and the parcel taken to your nearest post office.

Planet Max Pty Ltd does not take any responsibility if you authorise for your parcel to be left at your house unattended. If you give instructions for your parcel to be left please ensure that it will be in a safe and secure place. We will not instruct Australia Post to leave your order unattended if it is valued at over $1000. 

Planet Max Pty Ltd will not send any order until payment for that product has been received in full.

Planet Max Pty Ltd will post with insurance at the customer's request, however the extra cost incurred as a result of such insurance must be covered by the customer. If the customer does not expressly request insurance, Planet Max Pty Ltd will not take out insurance on the order.
