I have just ordered online – am I able to pick up my order instead of having it shipped to me?

Of course you can! Simply contact us to make a time to pick up your order. But be quick, you’ll have to let us know before our super-fast warehouse team dispatch your order!

I have just purchased and paid for my order – when can I expect delivery?

I purchased and paid for my order a day or two ago, where is my order?

Don’t worry, it’s on its way. You can track your order online using the tracking number that was sent to your registered email address. If you need assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact us. 

I have just received my apparel and unfortunately I selected the wrong size. Can I exchange it for a different size?

Of course you can. Simply contact us with the subject line “Apparel Exchange” and we will help you out. All you’ll have to cover are the return postage costs.

I was sent the wrong product, what do i do?

Sometimes we do get things wrong, and we’ll do our best to fix it up asap! If you get in contact with our customer service team we can figure out what went wrong and how to fix it for you. Please do not dispose of or open any incorrect products unless we advise you to.
