This recipe has been kindly provided by our good friend Stacey Aldous at Freedom Health and Wellness, New Norfolk.
INGREDIENTS:
- 50g LSA
- 250g Dates (dried)
- 4 Scoops Protein Matrix Vanilla (Vanilla Maple works well too)
- 50g Desiccated Coconut
- 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 1 tbs Tahini
DIRECTIONS:
- Boil dates and water unit soft and water has evaporated.
- Mix with LSA, protein powder, coconut, cocoa and tahini in a food processor.
- Divide into walnut-sized balls and roll in coconut.
- Store covered in the refrigerator and enjoy!
