Dosage
Mixing in Shaker: To mix place 2 scoops of HYDRO-ISO into Next Generation Supplements high quality, leak proof shaker and fill with approximately 200-250ml of Water (Milk can be used if desired). Close lid and shake for 5-10 seconds. For enhanced results place 1 teaspoon of MegaRecovery into shaker with protein then add water.
Mixing in Glass: To mix place 2 scoops of HYDRO-ISO into a glass and fill with approximately 200-250ml of Water or milk, and stir with spoon for 15 seconds.
